I had tears streaming down my face when reading the joke a couple of posts back in this thread about the Mexican Chilli Taster.

Went to the Jindivick Chilli Festival on the weekend, some fantastic chillies there, and some of them %*#$ hot. Got given a copy of the Byron Bay Chilli Company Cookbook. It is freely available and on their web site for free download, so no copyright issues. Some good stuff in there. (Couldn't upload due to size restrictions for file uploads) Link below.

Enjoy

Hello,

I missed it, did the 4WD show instead. Would have really liked to have gone, but my tolerance for chillies is a little low at the moment. Haven't been eating too many. I got to the point where I could eat a tablespoon of Blair's Megadeath, but I am a bit out of practice so I reckon that would really hurt!
