I met Ron Moon a few weeks ago up north of WA on the trip he mentions in the review. I spoke with him for quite some time and he is anything but a Turkey, very knowledgeable, helpful, and generous with his time.

Truth is I didn't realize who I was talking too at first, I made a point of striking up a conversation with him as his setup just reeked of someone who had his act together.

Pity I Didn't realize he was testing this fridge slide or I would have had a squiz.

I must say that I have never heard of an ADR for fridge slides though.

Cheers Andrew

He's a tool and should keep his opinions to himself until he has ALL the information. Not just what he sees in a photograph and decides to critisize people. The turkey. He should stick to his grey nomad types.

Same here Frosty. I've only chewed the 12v cable once! I fixed that by putting it into convuluted tube and wrap tie wire along the section that moves. No dramas since.

Hi Frosty, how's the drop slide going??? I miss it. I was just grossly outvoted by the wife and kids
And as the saying goes...Happy Wife Happy Life..... so now I just have a standard slide and a small fold up set of steps for them.
I only saw the demo of the black widow slide but $899.... they are more than dreaming, they can shove it.
