Default Jeep Wrangler

ok, the mrs wants me to buy her a little jeep wrangler, as they are "cute" apparently

anyone ever had one? any opinions/ knowledge on how they go?.

from what i've seem they seem like quite a good vehicle around sandy areas, inskip point, frazer island etc etc.

Everything I've heard seems to point to them being a very capable little vehicle in all sorts of terrain. Wouldn't mind one myself as a weekend toy to thrash the life out of.
