Default Tytn II inbuilt GPS

Hey all,

We are playing around with the GPS on the Tytn II. Does anyone have one of these and use the GPS much? It seems to suck the juice out of it. We are only getting around 2 -3 hours use from a full charge.

We are just wondering if this is normal. I know it will take a bit of extra power, but this seems like quite a bit.

We are writing an application that will allow people to create GPS track logs with their phone and embed pictures, but we will need to do something about power consumption if that is all you get out of a full charge.

Thanks

James
