Default GPS not working

I have a 4.3" GPS Chinese no name , it has worked fine for a while now but when I turn it on now the screen comes on with a picture of a car ,usual before it loads the gps, but now I only get the picture of the car and can not do anything with it??? any help PLEASE

Can you press the reset button normally on the bottom of the unit

Thanks I have tried the reset button , and holding it in while turning on and off and holding the sleep button and nothing makes any difference.

A lot of GPS units have a little hole on them which you can use to reboot them, but sounds a bit like yours may have a reset button instead, have a look any way.
The other thing that might work is when you get the picture of a car up tap on the screen left then right and so on might take a couple of times doing it, I know this works with my roadmate. Cheers see how u go.
