prob need to explain better what i am trying to do. Im trying to load the POI's from camps5 onto my tomtom one i have the files for the tomtom have copied them into the POI folder on the Tomtom but they dont seem to want to work. The rest of the files in the folder are .tlv files and the ones on camps5 are avo2 or somthing like that have looked up on the internet and cant find anywhere relating to the tomtom where is says files are .tlv.

From my experience, the Tom Tom POI files are .Ov2 files. At least that is what they are on my PDA version of Tom Tom. The idea is to create an OV2 file if you don't already have one and then copy it to the directory on your tom tom that already has other OV2 files in it. You then have to go into your Tom tom set up or settings menu and locate the POI file in question and tick the box to make it display. I can't get more detailed than that because I don't have my Tom Tom handy, but I do know that the POI filres have the OV2 extension.

Jaz, If I can get a copy I will see if it loads but you can download camping location from TomTom via the TomTom home s/w
