GPS Tracklog Uploads

I have Garmin GPS's and I would like to upload some tracklogs and I would like to know if the standard Garmin format is acceptable as I have no way of changing the format at presant.Also if I upload a tracklog can it include waypoints,marking stuff like track names,road conditions,camp site and such.

The Garmin format is support, I have load a few sites up as gdb
