Default Mitsubishi Delica Super Exceed 1996

Mitsubishi Delica Super Exceed, 1996

Good Points
Basically a Starwagon with Pajero running gear.
Very large interior, with limo type seating for 7, and room for their baggage!
At 185 cm I can stretch out my legs in either the second row or third row seats.

Bad Points
Not quite as capable an off-roader as a Pajero, but then, I do most of my driving on road, with only occasional forays off-road.
Vehicle is very tall, and can't fit into some carparks. needs 2.1m clearence.

What mods have you done?
Non (yet).

What mods are on the list to do?
2 In lift, Bull Bar.

Why did you buy this vehicle?
Heaps of luxury features, heaps of space, something different (but becoming less uncommon all the time).

How often do you go offroad?
Not as often as I would like!

What will your next vehicle be?
Don't plan on changing this in the near future.

Nice rig mate, there are a few Dels up here and I recon they're awesome for a van!

Definately luxury, a bit high for my liking but these things happen!

I like the Delica as a family wagon which can do some offroad.

nice deli

& as for not being as capable as a Paj off road that's rubbish
they have the same running gear as the Gen 2 Paj & have the same capability
yeah sure they are taller due to being a van but they sure will give the other rigs a run for their money
my father had one when we were in PNG & my father said it went better off road then the cruiser he had b4 it

I am not putting them down. It is much more capable than I am! And has more capablility than I am ever likely to need.

It is just that being so high and having a higher centre of gravity, not quite as stable as a Pajero, and being hebier, not quite as nimble.

Having said that, I would not trade it for a Pajero!! (No offence to Pajero owners!!!)

Cheers,

Julio
