Default Nissan Navara ST-X King Cab D40 2010

Nissan Navara ST-X King Cab D40, 2010

Good Points
Awsome grunt up hills, Good tow ute overall for 2.5ton ski boat, vary good clutch and diff hardly slips in low range.

Bad Points
Lots of smoke out the back of the deisel, Ground clearance, little power under 1700 RPM

What mods have you done?
none yet to improve off road driving but have got factory hard lid with sports bars, tow bar, fog lights, smoked bonnet protector, head light protectors and slim weather sheilds on both windows, Also got chrome tail gate handle/surround, billet chrome grille (upper/lower) and in process installing 3 gimble LED downlights in the hard lid.

What mods are on the list to do?
3 inch lift kit, 3 inch exhaust out one side in front of rear wheel, Mickey Thompson Baja Claw (285/75R16), Safari snorkel, 4 Light force HID driving lights on sports bar facing forward and two mini driving lights under sports bar facing back.

Why did you buy this vehicle?
Always liked the D40 since came out just wanted to wait for the King Cab.

How often do you go offroad?
Lately twice a month

What will your next vehicle be?
folks 200 series landcruiser

Nice truck there bro, I have the 08 D22 and have the same prob with it blowing smoke. Be carefull with getting the 3inch lift with your warrenty i have had many dealings with Nissan on there warrenty and they dont like u doing to much. My advice would be before you do anything check with them first if it will affect the new car warrenty.

Its a 2008 Launch 20SSV, awsome wake for a 20 foot boat this is our second supra our old one was a 2005 launch 20 (mid mount).
Supra dont make mid mounts any more so we bought the rear mount.

Just got my new tyres very good tyre dont think you can fit any bigger on the stock hight got the 265/75 BF Goodrich mud terrian KM2's.
Looks tough and just in time for the winter, so less chance of recking in the bush now with some 4x4 tyres instead of stock road tyres.
