Default Nissan Patrol ST 4.2TD 2002

Nissan Patrol ST 4.2TD, 2002

Good Points
Very capable out of the box, a few mods and it is awesome.

Bad Points
If you break a rear axle (a big if) you are screwed unlike the 80 Series Cruiser where you could just pull it out and drive home on the front axle.

What mods have you done?
Front Locker, 33in Muddies, Rock sliders, 2in lift, winch

What mods are on the list to do?
May go a bigger lift one day. But no more than 4in.

Why did you buy this vehicle?
Great Engine for towing.

How often do you go offroad?
once a month. More if I could

What will your next vehicle be?
Patrol

Sound like a nice Patrol, any photos. Need to add them via 'Go Advanced' and 'manage attachments'

Don't mind the good ol Patrol. You could almost seriously argue whether they're better than the cruiser. Definately the better value 4WD.

Easy on a Patrol ..................... Just remove the tail shaft and still drive home on the front axle. Even easier that you have a front locker.......
