Middle Earth (NSW) Meetup 3,4,5 & 6 July 2009 The Location Is Set

I couldn'y help but notice that according to the countdown timer on the index page that the Middle Earth gathering is starting at 2 am. Is that coz thats wot time some of these heathens that like getting up early are officially kicking things off or was admin mucking around with it at a time when they should have been doing better things?

hi all!!! i only got a chance to read the first 2 pages......just wanna check a few things before we commit to come.

*what date will you be doing stockton?....we wont be able to stay the whole week as we just came back from ulladulla today and will be in melbourne in june. so maybe we'll drive up for the day

*what things do we need to bring for the sand dunes drive?

*also is everyone else bringing their families or will it be a blokey thing?? cause it's all good if it is i'll send the husband with a mate and stay home in sydney

Hi Michelle,

The Stockton run will be on the Sunday 5-7-09 (I hope that date is the Sunday) It will be a family event actually the whole trip is a family event. Come along join in it's going to be a great trip.

Definitely a family thing, the more the merrier...as for me l only turn blokey when l'm out 4wdriving...otherwise l'm a girl

I am keen on a few days (maybe two days).... definately keen on the stockton beach run. I have a kluger though so i'm not sure how many other "light" off roaders will be going haha.

All you can do is give it a go and see what happens at Stocktons...there'll be enough to give a lending hand if it's needed.

B#$@%^%^ Cars lol Just blow a hole in the intercooler on our patrol now trying to hunt one down for a good price. Suffered a heart attack at Nissans price for a new one
But the whole split pin family will be there on Friday and leave on Monday for home. Even if I have to get out and push the old girl and camper while the missus steers the wheel lol
