Default Sydney Evening Gathering (easy & short trip)

Yes an evening trip for people how don’t want to wait for the weekends!!!

There are few easy & shot tracks around Sydney.
For more information check the link
Find 4WD Tracks - 4x4 Earth Australia for 4WD Tracks

Vineyards
Hill climb
Bloodwood
North of Fiddletown
Green Rd Springwood
Singles Ridge - Tall Timbers Track

Min 2 cars max 5 cars.

This will be no extreme bush bashing or river crossing. This will be easy to moderate drive for people like me who wants to improve their 4wd skill with out putting their toy in great risk. Trips will run for approximately 1-3 hours. Preferred meet up time is 6pm.

I would appreciate people with local knowledge and experience to join us. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers to share their knowledge and improve trip organising skill.

What to bring?

1. Bring your own first Aid kit & recovery gears in case something unexpected happen.

2. UHF Radio even a hand held one if possible.

3. Water and some food (optional)

4. Hand held light (optional)

**please inform the team if you don’t have any of the items

Number of vehicles attending is limited so the trip is not too slow, so to secure your spot by putting your name down.

Default I'm in!

Hi,

I'm up for it!

Just to note, the greens rd track is closed.

I know the Singles ridge track, I was on it the other week and is fun.

I'm good for any night, I start my new job on the 2nd, working out of erskine park, nice and close

Brett

I'd be keen for a bit of a play at Bloowdood or Vineyards one evening, done them both a couple of times, nothing to arduous, but good for a play in the mud. Not tried the others mentioned but keen to try something new. Bloodwood isn't amazing - the quarry is quite fun though. Has anybody got a GPS, the tracks at Bloodwood are so easy to get lost on.

Thursday / Friday nights are generally pretty good for me, beginning of the week, not so much.

Finished work early today so thought would go and havea look around there

was a good little trek around , some easy stuff, some harder stuff

lots and lots of water , saw 1 other bloke out there

went up and down a couple of times ,

came back through , plenty of small puddle around nice flat area , but lucky me found a big one and became a submarine front passengers wheel down

luckily the tigerz winch pulled me out

just spent the last couple of hours stripping out the interior , my toolbox that was behind the passenger was full of brown muck

ah well will go again someone else can go first

on second thoughts per Rangie a friday night might be better suited
