Looks to be a very capable unit. Fully water proof with a wireless remote at half the price... I'm in the market for a winch, so this info is handy.....

You would not be dissapointed getting this winch, just be carefull with the clutch on it as they don't seem to be as strong as the Warn, BUT, with the speed it can go you would never need to touch the clutch.

The warn is a good quality product, but they don't seem to fit all bars, even when the bar is made in particular for a warn winch, there is always a mod you have to do, where as the Tigers 11 is just as good in most instances, has a few nice touches to them to (wireless remote) so the location of the control box can be hidden from view, so the little shits of the world cant damage it or your pride of joy. I would go the Tigers 11 over the Warn.

I have a tiger 12000 lb and so far its been good with no dramas.

The two speed winch is a good idea.

How much would you expect to pay for the warn and and tigers 11 (full price and half price)?
