Which part of the motor is that photo of? Is that white bit a rocker cover, or what? You'll have to give us a bit more of a clue. There are a few common culprits - old rocker cover gaskets, or loose rocker cover bolts. Front oil seals, or rear oil seals - both near the bottom of the motor. Or maybe loose bolts on the side covers, or old side cover gaskets. But that would be mainly for older pushrod motors probably.

What type of vehicle and what motor?

The bit that you have put the white border around looks as though it has been pierced by something. Is that where the oil is coming from ?? If so, you will be able to get something to plug it in the short term, or maybe even long term.
