ARB compressor service

G.Day guys,
I have had my portable ARB compressor for about 5 years and in the last 18 months have mounted it under the bonnet.
The problem I am having is it only pumps to 28 psi now and i now it used to be a lot better.
I have checked hose and connections no leaks
I have plenty of 12 volt power running to it, coming from fully charged second battery ( I always leave car running).
I am running 285/75/r16 coopers but i doubt that would have anything to do with it.

Any ideas, it has been great but not looked after like the rest of the car.

Inside the pumps there are some values which most likely are failing. Call ARB and they should be able to assist in the parts or repair

Filter looked ok, but than again it probable should be replaced. I will give ARB a call as well
