Default Stock bar winch plate for TJ Wrangler

For my BDay this year, Deb and the kids bought me one of the Aldi 9500lb winches.
The fact that I don't have a winch bar did not deter me from the enjoyment, but instead made me think about the options available.
I knew that it would be too rude to ask Malcolm at RMES to whip me up a full bar as he is flat-out at the moment, but I thought that if he designed it, I pre-cut it, he welded it and I painted it, then, between the two of us(with the important parts done by Malcolm) I might end up with a winch plate that would bolt ontop of my stock front bar.
What really happened was that I marked out the cuts, Mal ripped through them in seconds with the Oxy, drilled all the holes, welded the whole lot together, and I was left standing there hold my .......! .
I'll detail the edges(the few Mal didn't get around to), prime and spray the Plate(by now it deserves a capital P).
Hopefully, by next weekend I'll be able to test out the new winch.

Thank you very much to Malcolm Addie at RMES for all his help and excelent advice.
Thank you very, very much to Deb an' the kids for the winch.

Once the plate is painted and the winch fitted I'll post more pics.
