Default Couplertec

I have had a couplertec electronic rust prevention unit on my rig for about four years and have never had any issues with rust even on the bare metal surfaces that appear from time to time. (Deep scratches) Recently the unit ceased working so we contacted Couplertec and found them very helpful in diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately the problem was with our unit so we sent it back for repair. Just days later we received a BRAND NEW unit in the mail. I am very pleased with Couplertec both for the quality of their product and their outstanding customer service and would recomend anyone who is looking to protect their rig from the elements to check them out.

Yeh! Same as that, I'v had mine on for about two years now and had a queary about the green light flashing sequince, found them totaly helpfull and that they beleve in, and back up there product 100%.
I found out that as long as the green light is flashing in any sequince, the unit is doing it's job, even though I could'nt hear the high piched wistle sound that it used to make when I first fitted it. Aparently that go's away in time as the unit settles into your vehicle.Happy days.
chees Teza.

good news all round then. It is great when a reputable company backs their product. Alot of manufacturers can learn from this, there is no better advertisment than one that comes from satified customers.

I fitted a Couplertec unit to my Wrangler a few months ago. There are so many people with polar opposite opinions of whether ERPS work or not but I figured that it can't hurt. I love the Wrangler but American build quality being what it is I think I need all the help I can get!

Good to hear that you think it does work so I haven't just wasted my money. I have to say the guys at Couplertec were very helpful in answering all the questions I had when fitting it and it's also good to hear that they back up their products with more than just words.
