4x4 Earth 3rd Annual SA meet up – Sat March 8th – Monday 10th 2014 (incorporating the Adelaide Cup Day public holiday Monday.)
There's still time to get on board, right up to a matter of days before the weekend . . . be ready for a fantastic 3 (or more) days of 4wdn and socialising :)

The venue is Bendleby Ranges 4x4 property, about 50km north of Orroroo in SA’s mid north.
It’s around 325km (4 hours drive) from the Adelaide CBD.
Their website . . . Welcome to Bendleby Ranges

There are a great variety of driving tracks available, from mild to more challenging, including the nearby Hungry Ranges.
It’s just a beautiful property too, great bush, campsites with toilets and showers available nearby.

Numerous fun events are planned to score points towards potentially winning a range of prizes from sponsors.
Costs for staying on the property will be discounted for our expected number of vehicles and campers . . .
Tracks for duration of stay $60 (normally $75 for singles vehicles or $65 for 5 + vehicles)
Camping (non powered) $15 a night per person (normally $19) . . . School age kids $5 a night.
One vehicle event sticker, ear tag (for hat bands etc), and stubby holder, is supplied for each vehicle registered, cost $10 paid at camp sign in (see below for extra info on ordering extras).
Firewood is supplied.

Sponsors update . . . Ok, we have the following sponsors that are donating some great support / prizes for the event and comps we've got organised.
Pro 4x4 have supplied a large swag of gear, so have secured major sponsor status, but of course all the various providers are greatly appreciated, no matter what their contribution . . . so here they are -

Pro 4x4
Aimsetters
ARB Morphett Vale
Total Traction Tyres
Mickey Thompson
Fyrlyt
Cross Country 4x4
Franks Towbars & Exhausts
Opposite Lock
Offroading Online Magazine
Burra Caravan Park

Note - You are more than welcome to arrive at Bendleby early (before Sat 7th), or stay on after Mon 10th, and wind down some more. (An option that might especially appeal to our interstate attendees.)
The registration form below has options for arrival and departure dates.

Camp arrival / Convoy(s) Channel 10 for trip up, and until Sat arrivals are in, then we switch to property channel

FRIDAY 7th March. This (larger) convoy will leave from the carpark to the immediate north of the Roseworthy BP Service Station, at 0800.
With a few stops on the way for toilet, bakery, fuel, ice, etc, we should be at Bendleby by approx 1200 (noon), set up camp, then either relax, go for a little explore, or help set up a couple of the Saturday events.

SATURDAY 8th March. This convoy will leave the same location, but at 0700, to arrive at Bendleby approx 1100, time to attend the camp sign up table, set up camp, have a bit of lunch, and be ready for the camp opening welcome and briefing for the arvo . . . this will be held sharp at 1300.

Others options are to make your own way there from other locations / routes . . . the map in the emailed Bendleby info pack is all you really need, it is well signposted.

FIRES / FIREWOOD - Note, due to the fire season still being in place, we will have one large communal fire, where people can come by and sit around for the evening.
Firewood is supplied by the property, and it is required no other fires be used during the stay.

Gas stoves and bbqs are fine for use for cooking at your actual camping spot.

Please complete the >>> ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM <<< and submit.
A Bendleby info pack will then be sent to you via email.

** If you have extra people coming along that aren't 4x4 Earth members, can you please email them a link to the registration form, and ask them to submit this ?
They should enter Guest where asked for their 4x4 Earth username.
Thank you.

Event stickers for vehicles, ear tags, and stubby holders.
These are $10 per vehicle (one of each supplied, and paid for at the camp sign in on Sat morning) . . .
If you'd like extras, please complete the >>> ORDER EXTRA DOO DADS FORM <<< and submit.

These items will be a nice reminder of the weekend, and up to 5 extras of each are available by clicking on this link.
More can be ordered by clicking 'Submit another response' and using the form again.

Please note, we will only be ordering one of each per vehicle, plus a small amount over this for spares . . . so please get your orders in when registering if possible.
Due to need to order extras for delivery before the meet, a close off date of Feb 2nd is in place for he stubby holders, other items mid Feb.
Give us a try after this, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, or orders should be able to be placed for extra stubby holders at the event (for later collection TBA).

Bendleby Ranges and Hungry Ranges are AWESOME!

Count us in... that's Mr & Mrs WOZCLEAN plus two feral yard apes.

Gotta do this again cos Mrs Wozclean did Billy Goat Ridge first time round in what turned out to be a sagged 120 Prado and Mr Wozclean did it second time with a two inch lift so flaming easy that the challenge is on for Mrs Wozclean to do it again.
