EXQSME (4) tentative ??????

Well here is an outline of the proposed track log for this Easter

Thursday PM – It would ideal for those who are coming to get as near to the starting point on the Thursday Night .

To those who haven't travelled up in this area before, it really is incredible country but you must be prepared for all weather conditions . A few years ago at Easter time ago we were up there and had unbelievable rain at Davies Plain hut and a slight sprinkle of snow another 50 metres in elevation yet when we left Corryong it was a mild Autumn Day .

For those who are coming in from the Northern end Via Wodonga or Corryong there are Camping/ Caravan parks at Corryong and
Colac-Colac , Last Chance for FUEL is CORRYONG

For those coming in from the Southern end there is a Caravan/Camping parks at Omeo , Bush Camping at Ah Syes, north of Benambra . Other than OMEO, Last chance for FUEL is BENAMBRA ( Unleaded and Diesel )

Store Opening Hours:
• Mon - Fri 7.30am to 6.30pm
• Saturday 8.00am to 4.00pm
• Sunday 9.00am to 4.00pm
• Public Hols 9.00am to 4.00pm

There is camping at STACEYS BRIDGE near to the Starting Point – I am aiming to get there but it all depends on the usual at Easter .

This the First Days Travel Proposal- I tend to stick loosely to a rough format and don't stay to a schedule . i will lodge the second days travel soon , will throw in half a days rest day so we can all hang out and take it easy !

Happy 50th Mark!!! Im just looking at accommodation now . We're the same we cant leave until 6 on Thurs. We're going to go up via Wodonga (nice easy road for night driving) and just staying in a motel either Wodonga or Tallangatta. Just trying to find somewhere cheap where they dont mind us rolling in late.
