Just a quick question, got a 80 series with a 2in lift, im slowly doing little bits and pieces (its will be a beast one day...... i hope......and before im old and senile) anyways back to the point next job is a new set of big fat tyres for that little bit of diff clearence and ofcourse the looks.

With a 2" lift 33x10,5 R16 no problems or 15" in 33 . no panel beating required, just get correct offset wheels

285/75 /16 tyres on standard toyota steel rims will work a treat .
15 inch rims make contact with the rear calipers on all 80 series except the real early models with smaller disc rotors

Before I bought my Patrol, I had a 80 series and I had 2" lift and I'm sure my 35" MTZ and they fitted no worries.....

I had the standard 16" rims.... 315/75/16

Thats 33" same size, 35" won't fit without panel work or different offsets, they will be a problem with only a 2"lift

My brother has an '92 80 series with a 2'' lift and has 33 x 12.5 x 15 muddies under it without any problems at all.

I have a 97 80 series with a 3in lift and 305/75 r16 on 8in rims.

Tried them at full flex, only a minor rub, all good
