No can do on a GU, as the rim fouls on the brake calliper.

I run 15's on my GU, they are close to the calipers but dont foul.

Wrong wrong wrong wrong

15s will fit on any GU except the 4.8 which will take 16s.

Every 4.8 has larger brakes than the 2.8/3.0/4.2/4.5s.

Yes 15's will fit but your brakes will heat up dramaticly, wouldn't suggest running 15's, but hey it's your 4b not mine.

What sort of pootrol do you have? As mentioned, they will not fit a 4.8 due to caliper size, but plenty
of people run them on other motor styles. I used to run them with muddies, never had any hassles,
but now have two sets of 16" rims to make every tyre/rim combo interchangeable.
Have a set of 15's for sale though!!!

Mine is a '99 model 4.2D DX by the way, maybe I was lucky?

i have a 2001 gu 3lt and i tryed 15" rims and thay hit the calipers on both sides of the car
so i went back to the 16s
i dont think i would run them if thay even fit now becouce of the heat coming from the calipers
hope that helps

I was under the impression the later model 4.8's needed 17" rims to get over the brakes.

Maybe Coxy can settle that one it was his rig I was looking at. (about the 17's on the 4.8)
