2009-06-08 Sheepskin Hut via PuttyToyota Prado Great day out.Definetly a great spot to camp. The track out from California Hut is quite hair raising,and good fun.
2009-03/22 Stockton Beach, Anna BayToyota Prado A great spot for Sunday morning breakfast and watching the sun come up at the ship wreck. Tin City is fantastic.Looks like something out of Mad Max. Always fun just be prepared,the sun plays tricks on the sand around mid day-no shadows
2009-01-23 Barrington Tops National ParkToyota Prado Nice easy going down to Junction Pools camping ground for a weekend.Travelled alongPolblue Ridge road,Barrington Trail,Paddys Ridge Trail.All good and no problems even after some rain.Went down the Bungaree Trail towards Moonan Brook,road closed due to hoolies on their bikes from Scone.Very difficult going up Bungaree Trail ended up winching ourselves out as the surface was far to loose to get any grip .Great fun especially when the winch over heated and we still had another 70m to go.The best tasting beer when we got to the top!!!
2008-12-28 Stockton BeachToyota Prado Always a great trip and a good day out.Mind the 4wheelers.Had to pull a Jeep out of the crap,low profile tyres and both diffs under the sand.He said he thought as it was a 4x4 it could go up the dunes.Shame.
