Danny and Simon and a group of industry experts head east of Melbourne to the famed High Country for two days of tall timber bush ambling, breathtaking views, steep shaly tracks and swollen river crossings. Pristine weather reduced the opportunities for snow driving but to every ones delight, the peak of Mt Skene provided a short taste of white cover making for another memorable trip. There are featured viewer photos from right across Australia and the ‘Ask an Expert’ segment looks at safe HiLift jack use. |

Danny and Simon welcome in the new series and briefly touch on the work they have had done on their own 4x4s since Series 1. We rejoin John and Anne Morton as they continue their tour of the Flinders Ranges before crossing to the mud of the Otways as we join a diehard crew from the Geelong 4wd club as they tackle some medium to hard tracks. There’s the typical Photo and Email competitions plus the new ‘Ask an Expert’ segment with some great information and handy prizes. It’s a welcomed start to the new year and new series but unfortunately the boys miss out on having a good play in their own 4x4s. |
